RAYMOND – Hinds Community College is offering three Scholarship Summits, including two at the Raymond and Rankin campuses, for new and current students who want to apply for a Hinds Community College Foundation Scholarship.

The scholarship application is now fully online. The deadline to apply for fall 2025-2026 is Feb. 15. The two in-person summits and one online summit are designed for applicants who want help in completing the process.

The Scholarship Summits are as follows:
    • 5:30 p.m. Jan. 16, Zoom link to be provided after registration
    • 4 p.m. Jan. 23, Enrollment Center, Jenkins Hall, Raymond Campus
    • 4 p.m. Jan. 30, Enrollment Center, Irl Dean Rhodes Building Rankin Campus

The two in-person summits will begin with a welcome and overview before breakout sessions allowing applicants individualized attention to work on applications, including the scholarship essay.

Applicants should bring their personal laptop if they have one, necessary documents such as transcripts, letters of recommendations and essay drafts, if they have started.
