JACKSON – Hinds Community College and Visit Jackson are teaming up for a Hospitality Culinary Expo on the Jackson Campus, Oct. 25, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in room 155, Bivins Hall, 3925 Sunset Drive, Jackson.
The Expo will highlight the Hospitality and Tourism Management industry. Hinds chefs, students, local hotels, restaurants and businesses will participate. There will be cooking demonstrations and sampling, plus industry vendors.

Special speakers at the event include Jeff Good, owner of Mangia Bene Restaurant Management group, (which represents BRAVO! Italian Restaurant & Bar, Broad Street Baking Co. and Sal & Mookie’s New York Pizza & Ice Cream); Pat Fontaine, Executive Director of the Mississippi Hospitality and Restaurant Association; well-known Mississippi chef and philanthropist Nick Wallace and others.
