About

This six-week Service Parts Component Warehousing program is designed to broaden the participant’s knowledge base of the warehouse and parts market industry. Participants with little-to-no experience have the opportunity to enter the Parts and Component Market industry with Forklift Training, OSHA 10 General Industry, and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications.

Classroom & Hands-on Training

This program will consist of classroom instruction in inventory and component management, inventory procedures, safety, receiving and shipping processes, receiving and stocking merchandise, OSHA and EPA regulations regarding merchandise handling and shipping, customer service skills, and employability skills. Hands-on training sessions will reinforce classroom training and provide actual equipment operation.

Course Certifications

During this course you will be able to get certified in Forklift Training, OSHA 10 General Industry, and First Aid/CPR/AED.

Career Opportunities

Upon completion of the foundational pillars of this Workforce Non-Credit Service Parts Component Warehousing program, the participant will possess sufficient knowledge and certifications to seamlessly enter the Parts and Component Market industry
