SUMMER 2009 SPENDING SWEEPSTAKES Higher One will award $100 each week plus an additional $1000 grand prize. Card holders may enter and earn entries simply by using their card for a swipe and sign purchase May 5 - July 29. This campaign will promote card use without incurring PIN fees. It also encourages card use that is protected by MasterCard’s Zero Liability protection provided by Higher One.  It will also keep students engaged with their program throughout the summer months. All OneAccount Holders are invited to participate in this promotion. Emails will be sent only to students who have opted in to receive promotional emails. Multiple channels will be used to promote this campaign. Direct emails will be sent to card holders who have asked to be included in promotional emails. A banner will be placed on the banking site which will be viewable before login and after logout. Messages will also be placed in various transactional messages (like Monthly Statements, Refund notifications and Mobile Alerts).
