On behalf of the Office of Housing and Residence Life, we would like to take advantage of this opportunity to welcome you to Housing and Residence Life at Hinds Community College.

In Housing, we focus on providing you with a home away from home. We provide a caring and comfortable atmosphere that promotes student development.  Each residence hall room includes study desks, chairs, chests of drawers, closets or wardrobes, wireless Internet access and cable connection.

Living on campus enhances the college experience and allows students to enjoy the close proximity of campus life and athletic events. The residence halls provide an excellent social experience as residents develop friendships that last a lifetime.

Please plan a visit to our Raymond and Utica campus by contacting the Hinds Community College Recruiting office at 601.857.3767 or 1-800-HINDS CC. To apply for housing, complete a housing application and submit a $50 nonrefundable room reservation fee to the Office of Housing and Residence Life.

We recommend that you apply for housing as soon as possible, because there are a limited number of spaces. We look forward to you becoming a part of the Hinds family.
