Michael Oliver - Full-time Instructor
Mr. Oliver is the Irrigation Management Instructor at Hinds Community College, Raymond Mississippi. He has been at Hinds since January 2005. Before coming to Hinds to teach the Irrigation Management program, Mr. Oliver was a Golf Course Superintendent in New Orleans, Louisiana from 1993 to 2001. In 2001 Mr. Oliver moved to Brandon, Mississippi and started "Dreamscapes", a commercial and residential landscape maintenance and installation company.

Mr. Oliver received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agronomy, specializing in Turfgrass Management from Mississippi State University in 1992. Mr. Oliver is a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (2005), Certified Irrigation Contractor (2006) through the Irrigation Association, and completed the Vista Professional Outdoor Lighting Contractor Certification Program (2005 - 2007).
