Special Notes: This is an intensive program. It requires the student to acquire language skills in order to function as an interpreter. There is a Portfolio requirement the students must complete during their 2 years in the program which includes a large number of hours in the Deaf Community. While, at this time, knowing American Sign Language is not a prerequisite to enter the program, it is an advantage to students. In addition, students are required to earn a minimum of a āCā for all the ITT classes before going on to the next semester.
