International Students
The International Student Office at Hinds Community College is designated as the location where prospective international students seeking an F-1 or M-1 visa may secure information about enrolling in the College and where they may have their questions about their enrollment answered. The International Student Office processes applications for all prospective students seeking F-1 or M-1 visas.
Admission to the college as an international student is a lengthy process and one which is controlled by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service, not by Hinds Community College. While Hinds Community College invites prospective international students to visit the college to learn more about the campuses, a prospective international student should not visit the campus planning to enroll on the day of the visit as no I-20 document will be issued to a prospective student until ALL required documents are on file in the International Student Office located on the Raymond Campus.
