Human Resources Mission Statement
The purpose and primary responsibility of Human Resources ("HR") is to bring the right people into an organization, help manage and develop them, and facilitate the process of exiting them from the organization when appropriate. It is also our goal as an employer to provide a good place in which to work, with pleasant working conditions, job satisfaction, and opportunities for self-improvement and advancement. We strive to develop programs which utilize available technological resources to facilitate employment functions and provide more efficient services to the college community.
