Adjunct Geography Instructor
Ms. Campbell joined the
Hinds Community College faculty in the Fall of 2009. She teaches Geography.

Academic Credentials

  • Bachelors of Science in Education with a concentration in Social Science from Delta State University in 2003
  • Masters of Education with a concentration in Geography from Delta State University in 2004.
  • She attended Delta State University to obtain 18 graduate hours in History .
  • She is the co-author of a lesson plan that is published on the Vicksburg National Military Park Web site for teachers to use.

Her interests include reading and spending time with family and friends.

College Historian and Adjunct History Instructor
Dr. Fatherree joined the
Hinds Community College faculty in the Fall of 1970 and retired as Department Chair in 2001. As an adjunct he teaches Western Civilization.

Academic Credentials

  • B.A. in History from Mississippi State University in 1969
  • M.A. in History from Mississippi State University in 1970
  • Ph.D. in History from Mississippi State University in 1978
  • Dr. Fatherree served as Visiting Scholar at the Hoover Institution on War, Peace, and Revolution at Stanford University and as a National Endowment for the Humanities Fellow at Columbia University. He has written numerous articles and two full scale books for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is currently writing a full length history of Hinds Community College. He is married with three grown children.

Philosophy Instructor and Online Instructor
Rev. Pridmore joined the
Hinds Community College faculty part-time in the fall of 2004. She teaches Old Testament and Old Testament and New Testament online.

Academic Credentials

  • B.A. in Religion and Philosophy from Huntingdon College in 1993
  • M.Div in Theology from Emory University in 1996.
  • Rev. Pridmore is an ordained minister in the United Methodist Church. Her interests include reading, camping, and music. She is married with two children.
