Distance Learning
The distance learning effort of the institution supports the stated mission and purpose of Hinds Community College by offering alternative and flexible means for the student to achieve his/her educational goals. It draws on technology resources heretofore unavailable to our students. Distance learning gives Hinds the ability to serve better its community, thereby enhancing the mission of the institution. This expansion of resources gives the student a greater chance to compete with his/her peers from across the country in the global marketplace.
