Business Administration
The department is housed in Dukes-Riggs Hall. The department has the latest technology in instructional aids with overhead projectors and networked computers located in each classroom. There are two modern computer labs located in Dukes-Riggs as well.

The department of business administration offers core business courses and general business course electives which will transfer to the college or university level. View the Course Descriptions.

Upon completion of the requirements for the Associate in Arts Degree, a Hinds Community College student may transfer into a junior level business program in the following areas:

• Accounting/Accountancy
• Banking & Finance/Business Administration /Business and Industry/Entrepreneurship
• Economics/Finance/General Business/Insurance/Insurance and Real Estate/Insurance and Risk Management
• Management/Management of Construction and Land Managerial Finance/Marketing/Real Estate/Real Estate and Mortgage Financing
