Collision Repair Technology
Goals
The Collision Repair Technology program is designed to provide students with specialized skills for entry level jobs in the collision repair and refinishing trade. After successfully completing the three-semester program the student will be awarded a Certificate. A summer work experience component is also required. Students will be provided theory and practical repair and refinish work beginning with basic applications and progressing to heavy collision repairs requiring major body and frame alignment and panel replacement.

Employment Potential
Graduates of the Collision Repair Technology program are employed as body shop technicians. The typical beginning wage for a body shop technician is $6 - $10 per hour.
Costs
Tuition and fees are approximately $700 per semester for full-time students. Students must purchase tools and books at a cost of about $750.
